Grow revenue for a manufacturer of educational products by identifying and building the necessary infrastructure to support expansion into the mass and club retail channels.
Solution:
Designed a supply chain that supports the growth of distribution to retail, while still supporting the direct-to-consumer and institutional business channels.
Working with senior executives, we assessed the cost of current supply chain processes. Subsequently, we designed new supply chain processes and organization and information technology to support sales and unit volume growth while minimizing costs.

Reduced overall supply chain costs and improved efficiency of product flow to all channels.
